I had word to word the same experience. i couldn't give words to the feeling I had after multiple conversations with this guy who I never judged. When I opened up I felt ashamed, let down, and judged and bashed to come from a victim mentality. I broke down in front of him. What an unfair defeat of my strength at that moment it was.
